Terms of Service

These are the terms you agree to when you use letsgetfound.ai. We have kept them short and in plain English.
1. Who we are
letsgetfound.ai ("we", "us") is operated by Metaedge Ventures. By creating an account or running a scan, you agree to these terms.
2. What the service does
We scan your website, measure how discoverable your business is in Google and in AI assistants, and give you a plan of what to fix. Paid plans include work carried out on your behalf.
3. Your account
- You must give us an accurate email address and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be authorised to act for the business whose website you submit.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.
4. Connecting other accounts
You may choose to connect Google Analytics and Search Console. You keep ownership of that data, we only ever read it, and you can disconnect at any time. What we do with it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to scan websites you have no connection to, to break the law, to attempt to gain access to other customers' data, or to overload or interfere with our systems. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. What we don't promise
We cannot promise specific rankings, traffic, leads, or sales. Google and AI assistants decide what to show, they change how they work without notice, and no one can guarantee a position in their results. Anyone who tells you otherwise is guessing. We promise to do the work properly and to show you honestly what happened.
Our scans and reports are our best assessment from the data available. Some of that data comes from third parties and may be incomplete or out of date. Treat our recommendations as informed advice, not a guarantee of any outcome.
7. Payment
Free scans cost nothing and require no card. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and are month-to-month — you can cancel any time before your next billing date, and service continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it.
8. Your content
Anything you give us — your website, your business details, your data — remains yours. You grant us permission to use it only to provide the service to you. Reports and content we produce for you are yours to use once paid for.
9. Availability
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be unavailable. We may change or discontinue features. If we make a significant change to a paid plan, we will tell account holders by email.
10. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that goes unpaid, or where required by law. On closure we delete your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and email account holders if the change is significant. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
